Saturday is my day off - although I do check for msgs if I'm home. Please curb your desire to hear from me - eat a cookie instead ;)

ABOUT MAILING - I OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING!!

I mail Monday through Friday and orders paid by 12:00 PM EST (i.e. Florida time) are mailed the same day. Orders paid after 12:00 PM will be mailed the next business day. On Mondays if you buy in the morning it will probably be mailed on Tuesday due to the weekend volume.

I do not work or ship on Saturdays so this means purchases after 12:00 pm Friday will be mailed on Monday - so please check your estimated delivery time and make sure you are looking at 3-6 days from Monday.

It can occasionally take 2 days to mail your order. Example you purchase on Wednesday and I mail your order on Friday. I say this to cover unusually large volume days, illness, cable internet interruption, family emergencies, etc.

The Post Office closest to me happens to be the main processing location for West Palm Beach. The outgoing First Class Mail is processed at night, and since it may be processed after 12 midnight - the postmark will most likely be the following day after your order even though I mailed it the same day. Example: your order is paid at 10 am Tuesday. I bring it to the PO Tuesday evening, and the Postmark is Wednesday since it went through the machinery after midnight.

You will receive an email letting you know your item has been mailed on the day it goes to the Post Office.

Please expect First Class Mail to average 3-6 business days for delivery, depending on the weather, your mailman's mood, etc. Having said that, most of the time it takes 3-4 days. The Ebay estimated delivery time does not take into account the days I don't post mail - like Sat, or postal holiday delays which ALWAYS happen. And it is an estimate and not any kind of guarantee by them or by me. Some people buy on a Wed and email me that they need them by that Friday for a sale, so "please mail out asap" . It ain't gonna happen unless you're my neighbor!

It shouldn't have to be said (well apparently it does for some folks) - but you are responsible for looking over at your calendar, and then back at the computer to see the expiration date of the coupons, the 3-6 days estimated delivery time, and deciding if you will get them in time. I am responsible for mailing them as stated above - but not the PO delivery time .

Priority Mail (2-3 day guaranteed) is available for an additional $5.50, and Express Mail (overnight) for an additional $18.75. First Class Mail withTracking is available on any order for $1.50 extra. Please request an invoice from me for these delivery options. Orders over $10 are sent First Class with tracking at no extra charge.

Mailing address: Ebay gives me your mailing information exactly as you've provided it to them, so please make sure your name and address are correct and complete. If it's not, keep your fingers crossed as they t'aint being re-sent for free. If you want the coupons mailed to an address different from your registered Paypal address - you can change the mailing information before making the payment. It's easy - Paypal gives you the option to Edit your mailing info. I will only mail to the registered Paypal address.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due within 2 days of auction end.

Yes 2 days is short - it's cos of expiration dates and there are sales going on! (woo hoo?) But! Feel free to shop over as many days as you like, just let me know with a quick message so I can turn off the Ebay unpaid item thingy which kicks in at day 4. Please know if payment isn't received on the 2nd day, the item will be available for resale as others could be stomping up to buy them and this is a business, after all! (If you make a late payment and the item has been re-sold - I will refund your payment and put through a cancellation to Ebay under these terms.)

Unpaid Item Cases are fully automated at 4 days and will kick into gear on schedule. Avoid those if you can - they're quite annoying!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

I know it's hard to believe - but the Post Office loses mail! Every month they lose 1 - 3 of my envelopes that are prepared just as neatly as the others and have the correct postage. If there is a Postal Holiday they will lose a few more than usual.

I will replace lost mail or refund if I am unable to replace the item. Refunds are made after 7 business days (not including Sundays or postal holidays).
I don't refund for undeliverable mail (when the envelope is returned to me by the PO and says "undeliverable as addressed" or "Unable to forward). But you may have re-course with your post office or Paypal. I am happy to scan the envelope & email you a copy.
If the coupons come past your sale date, please check the postmark. If the postmark is not within 48 hours of your payment, please scan the envelope and contact me and I will refund you in full once I receive the emailed copy of the envelope.

I strive for 5 Star service on your feedback. I make mistakes like everyone, and will always correct them the best I can including replacing, re-mailing or full refunds.
Please understand the difference between how long it took me to get the item to the Post Office, and the delivery time once the envelope is at the Post Office through First Class Mail. You are rating whether I mailed within 48 hours at the outside - you are not rating how long the Post Office’s delivery time took if it went thru Moscow first - although the postmarks would be cool. You can send the postmaster General Sir (Madam?) a separate letter if you like & tell him how they’re doing.
