Dimensions: 6-1/2" Diameter at widest x 3-1/2" Tall
Description:
Absolutely beautiful and dainty Italain porcelain roses candle holder
Hand made and hand painted by qualified Italian artisans
The six roses are applied and rest on large green leaves surrounding the candle holder
Hand made - Hand painted
Blue Capodimonte stamp on bottom

Condition: Good to Very Good with no cracks, crazing, repairs, or loss of color
We did find a couple of very small chips to the leaves which is very common with this type of porcelain
and one small leaf is missing that is hidden behind a yellow rose, as shown in the 6th photo.
The back pedal of the large pink rose has been broken off and glued back on in a very good repair
we didn't notice until we examined the candle holder through a jewelers loop.
The asking price does reflect the condition of this item

PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal only! Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within 7 days, all orders will be revoked and a Non-Paying Buyer Claim will be filed.
INSURANCE:
U.S. Domestic Shipping Insurance is no longer optional and is required on most items, such as antiques, china, porcelain, pottery, glass & crystal items and all items over $50.00 US currency, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Insurance on these items will be included in the U.S. Domestic shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Insurance is required for your protection. In the event your item is damaged in transit due to mishandling by the shipper we will provide you with the Insurance receipt so you can obtain a refund from the shipper. International purchases shipped Priority Mail International does include shipping insurance, but First Class Mail International does not include insurance. We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged by the Postal Service or Customs once the package leaves our hands at the post office.
SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide. We ship Domestic through the USPS via Retail Ground, Parcel Post & Priority Mail. Depending on the weight of the package your item may be shipped 1st Class Mail. International shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail International. On small items other shipping options may be offered, such as USPS First Class Mail or International Air Letter Post to help keep your costs down. Priority Mail International includes Shipping Insurance, but 1st Class Mail International does not. The item(s) will be shipped within 2 Business days of cleared PayPal payment, not to include weekends and Holidays. Once a package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for the handling of the package or the length of time it takes to deliver the package.
We personally do not recommend shipping fragile items USPS Domestic Parcel Post due to the roughness of the handling by the shipper, but offer this service due to the buyers preference and cost.
Please allow 5-9 business days delivery on Domestic Parcel Post. We can not hurry the Postal Service!
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE:
** Effective July 6, 2011, New eBay Policies stated that Seller's Final Fees include all shipping charges. Due to the International shipping rates being higher and in order to continue to sell Internationally we will now have to slightly increase our international handling fees to cover these new fees.
Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
PLEASE ask all questions prior to purchasing or request additional pictures, if desired . Most of our items are vintage or antiques and have been previously owned by someone else other than ourselves. We do not know if they come from a non-smoking or pet free home. We describe all items in our listings as accurately as possible. We will list any faults and damage to the best of our ability.
MONEY BACK REFUND will only be given if the item is grossly misrepresented and will be for the purchase price of the item only, not to include shipping and handling charges. If there is a problem with your purchase, buyer is to email seller within 24 hours of received item(s). A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns. If agreed, item(s) must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt, with insurance, at the buyer’s expense.
