Salsa Moto P stem for 25.4mm flat bars. USED and in good condition with  powdercoat gouges.
Largest gouge is down to the metal and shown in the first image.
I bought this used on ebay and was saving it to be stripped and nickel plated but decided to use a drop bar on this particular bike build.
