We checking all items before sending out, if you received an broken / defective item, please take photos and send to us immediately. We only accept those cases reported within 7 days. Please keep all the package material , return items must be in good condition 1 to 1 replacement with same item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will responsible to pay the resend package. Shipping and insurance cost non-refundable.
