We must receive an eBay message/email from you stating that we will not be held responsible by eBay/PayPal or yourself for any loss through the mail.  Unfortunately, we must have this policy because too many packages are being lost.

We reserve the right to request buyers to pay for tracking numbers using

• USPS Certified Mail™     : Domestic within USA
• USPS Registered Mail™  : Worldwide, combined total more than $100.00
• USPS Express Mail®       : Worldwide, combined total more than $400.00

Unless tracking numbers has been paid for by the buyer, once it is shipped, there are no means to investigate the whereabouts of the package and therefore we are no longer held accountable.  We will retain USPS PS Form 2976(A) postmarked by the Post Office which is proof of our sending.

All item(s) are properly packed with care to protect your philatelic purchases & investments.  We use cardboard mailers and/or protective materials for shipping.
