Up for bid a vintage porcelain Victorian painted portrait cameo brooch pin.  The background of the brooch is white and it depicts a Victorian woman in a blue dress and large plumed hat.  It measures 1.75” tall and 1.25” wide and is in excellent vintage condition with no damage.
