Please Note:
We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay or email us if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained
Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Damage or Lost in Transit
If item Box is received with damage please reject the goods or when you sign for goods mark as received damaged.

If your item is received damaged, contact our customer service department within 48 hours and please forward pictures of proof to [email removed by eBay].

Payment
We accept payment by PayPal, Credit or Debit Cards and Postal Orders. We will not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

By PayPal
We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.

By Credit and Debit Card
We can accept payment with your credit or debit card. The card holder must be the person making the payment; items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address. All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal. Please contact us on 01753 68 68 78 to make payment.

By Postal Order
Please contact us after purchase for our postal address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.

Please remember that until payment is made and cleared, orders are not final. No stock is allocated until this point.

Please be sure to ask all questions prior to bidding. When you bid, you are obligating yourself to the auction in the event that you win. We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price (covering the insertion fee & final value fee) if for any reason you changed your mind

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less P&P within 7 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
• Please inspect all of your item(s) upon receipt.
• All returned items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee
• We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers
• In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.
• Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.
• Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 7 days to return the item, if any items are returned after 7 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the right to reject the item or charge the buyer a 25% restocking fee.
• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
• A PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
