This item usually ships using UPS Ground and customers will normally receive the item within 1 to 5 business days after we ship, depending on their distance from Southern California.  Please note that BUSINESS DAYS denote Monday thru Friday.  Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days with regards to shipping time.  There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.  Any orders made and/or paid for from late Friday (after 7:00pm Eastern time) to Monday morning will often not ship until late Monday (4:30pm Pacific time) when UPS arrives to pick up outgoing packages.  By default, that is the "one business day" handling and shipping time.  Even if a customer receives notification on the weekend that an order has "shipped", it usually means that the package is waiting in our outgoing bin, awaiting UPS pickup for late Monday.

We will only ship to the listed shipping address on eBay/PayPal.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct BEFORE submitting payment.  If you change your shipping address after payment, you will be subject to a $15 USD service charge because that is what UPS/DHL/USPS charges us to change shipping addresses.  We try to be as accomodating as possible to our customers, but some common sense on their part is necessary for the enjoyment of all.

Please supply a valid email address and phone number so that the shipper we use may contact you if they cannot deliver to your supplied address in the event that no one is there to accept and/or sign for the package when they try to deliver it.  

Certain international addresses, such as those in South America, Africa, Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland), Middle East (Iran, Saudia Arabia, Israel, etc.), some remote European countries former Soviet Bloc counties (Russia, Hungary, Romania, etc.), and China may have their item(s) shipped using US Postal Service since UPS and DHL often are extremely expensive to ship to those destinations.

We are not responsible for any international customs duties/VAT/taxes that customers may have to pay.  We have no control over your local government authorities and customs.  Be prepared to pay possible customs duties.  We cannot reimburse customs duties.

For the fastest possible delivery of this item, do not supply a P.O. Box shipping address.  UPS and DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.  We would have to use US Postal Service to ship to P.O. Boxes, which is much slower on delivery.  Instead of delivery in a few days, shipping to P.O. Boxes may take several weeks.
