1. Your items will be shipped with a tracking # with 1 business day, otherwise we will notify you the delay and welcome you to cancel the transaction.
2. Please leave your telephone #, which is required by most carriers.
3. Some items will be shipped from USA via USPS to USA customers, subject to stock availability.
4. For customers from eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Lativa, Romania, etc.), South America (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, etc.) and Africa, your items will be shipped via EMS (most cases) or DHL, due to the customs problems other carriers encountered.
5. For customers from some countries in Asia, including Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore, your items will be shipped via SF, because of a faster delivery.
6. Delivery delay may happen due to the shipment service or customs administration in some cases.
7. We will declare every package as a gift or used/sample CPU of less than $50 value to help avoiding the duty fee. According to our experience, customs of most countries will not charge duty on such low values items. But we are not responsible for the duty fee if you are charged.

TERM & CONDITIONS

1. 3 months standard warranty for normal use.
2. Every CPU will be carefully tested before shipped out. We accept exchange or return if the CPU DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY in 3 months after its arrival for a FULL REFUND. However, we do not accept return or exchange for the following reasons:
- CPU is damaged by incorrect installation, over clocking, CPU overheating;
- CPU is not as fast as the end user “THOUGHT”;
- CPU is heat more than the end user “THOUGHT”.
3. CPU installation need carefully handle DIE with cooling paste touch very well with laptop heat sink! If you do not know how to install it, please turn to an expert!
