The new items I sell are shelf pulls and overstocks from boutiques and major high end department stores, for which I am an authorized vendor. I DO NOT purchase returns, damaged or salvaged items. I DO NOT purchase from stores like WalMart, Target, etc..

Shelf pulls are items that have been pulled directly from the store floor simply to make room for new inventory. Overstocks have never even seen the store floor and in most cases are still sealed in poly bags! Shelf pulls items may or may not have markdowns on the tags due to in store sales.

*Some manufactures do require a black line through tags and/or label removal before selling them to the public.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on NEW ITEMS only unless stated otherwise in the individual description. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in the same condition as purchased with tags still intact. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and refunds given will be of the purchase price only, shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Of course, if you receive an incorrect item all costs will be reimbursed, including return shipping.

PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF WINNING BID, STARTING THE DAY AFTER BID IS WON. THIS ALLOWS YOU 3 FULL DAYS TO SUBMIT PAYMENT. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS, SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RE-LIST ITEM(S) AND LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR NON-PAYMENT

Please remember you are purchasing a previously used item. With use, comes normal wear and tear, including some wear, fading, aging, etc...We have done our best to describe each and every item in its current condition (including the flaws). Pictures are provided to help in your buying decision.

Used items will not be accepted for returns/refunds or exchanges. So, please ask any questions you may have before placing your bid or making your purchase .

Here are the guidelines we use to state the condition of our items:

Excellent - Item is used, but in a condition of very little wear or shows little use, almost like new

Great - Item is used, showing a tiny bit of wear , has lots of life let and still has its looks too

Good - Item is used, showing its wear and tear (maybe a stain here or there) but still has use
We will not sell any item that is in less than "good" condition and very few "good" items will even make it into our store.
