Payment policy

PayPal is easy:  You can even pay with your credit card through PayPal.  No item can be sent prior to payment. Please pay within 3 days, otherwise we will have to cancel the transaction. If you need more time for payment, please contact us first.

If you buy an item accidentally, please check your emails (and the JUNK) from EBAY to agree to 'CANCEL the TRANSACTION'. Combined Shipping is available UPON REQUEST & we charge by combined weight. Please do mention it in a 'NOTE' in PayPal's Checkout. If you are unable to pay the item will be relisted for other buyers to purchase.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of a completed payment.

We do our best to offer competitive shipping & handling charges with each item.  We package each item with care in our professional shipping department.  We reserve the right to utilize the most efficient carrier service available for your shipment. Shipping charges include postage, handling, insurance (when applicable) and fuel surcharges. 

We ship via National Post Registered Mail. Your item arrives after 4-6 working days. In some countries Post Offices do not deliver big parcels Door-to-Door, neither do postmen leave any Notification message for you to pick up from the local Post Office. Or maybe this Notification gets lost. As a result the parcel is returned to us & we have to re-send it. So, after 10 days (if you still have not received your parcel) you will have to go to your local Post Office and ask if there is a package for you, giving your Tracking Number. [This tracking is not working once the parcel leaves the Greek territory]. 

* If you need your Order ASAP then we can ship via UPS Express Saver service. It is more expensive but Tracking Number is available for you to check Order's progress on WWW.UPS.COM.

In non-EU countries item may be stopped at customs for declaration, so you may pay taxes to receive your item. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage charges that may be assessed by the carrier at the time of delivery. But we note "GIFT" with value '20GBP' so you pay minimum taxes. Please inform us if UPS is preferred, so to invoice you the exact shipping cost. Shipping times will vary depending upon destination and subject to delays due to customs inspection.

To EU COUNTRIES we can also ship via UPS STANDARD Service. Tracking Number will be announced in EBAY to check your Order's progress on WWW.UPS.COM. Please double-check that the address you provided is totally correct (including possible apartment number) and your TELEPHONE in order to avoid delays. No item will be dispatched WITHOUT TELEPHONE NUMBER! You will have to be sure that on the day of delivery there will be someone there to receive the parcel (exact date of delivery is announced on UPS website). UPS requires signature in order to deliver and makes 3 attempts to deliver - if all 3 fail then the item is returned back to Greece.

 After the item is dispatched via UPS you CANNOT change the address of delivery. If you do that we are immediately charged 8 GBP so extra fees will occur to you. I am really sorry but these are UPS’s rules since 01/01/11.

I check ALL deliveries via UPS to ensure delivery, so if we have a UPS Alert for wrong address we contact you ASAP. If you do not take action and you do not contact UPS, the item will be finally returned to us. Then you will be charged with DOUBLE shipping costs as UPS charges us.

After dispatch I cannot cancel a delivery, and I cannot refund shipping costs.

Return policy

Our company is not responsible for issues concerning the fit of an item.  Buyers are responsible for knowing their size requirements and are encouraged to visit a local dealer test if in doubt.  Please do not purchase if you are uncertain about sizing.

But, in the case of ordering wrong sizing, please communicate with us first within 7 days of receiving the item, to check if the size (smaller or larger) is available. After contacting, the item may be returned to us in the Original Packaging, Unworn with Tags On within 7 days from the day of delivery. Approval is required on all returns prior to shipping. You will have to use a traceable method of shipment for returns. We cannot refund the Shipping Costs, and the item is returned on buyer's expense.

In case you do not agree with any of the above, please do not proceed to buying. We clarify that in order to avoid misunderstandings and disappointment.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns due to improper fit issues, or issues out of our control.

We are humans, so in the case we send a wrong item you will have to send back the item properly packaged (without putting tape ON THE BOX in case we have send the box along) via NATIONAL POST REGISTERED MAIL, scan us the receipt of the payment in the Post Office, and we will refund you this amount of returning shipping too. As soon as we receive back the wrong item we will ship the item you ordered in the first place. If you are in need of the order fast unfortunately you will have to pay again so that your order is dispatched immediately, and we will offer total refund as soon as we receive the returned item.

A 5-star rating is important to our small business, please contact us with any concerns you may have before leaving low ratings.  We promise to do our best to remedy the situation.

Please remember that eBay awards sellers with discounts. These discounts are based on the Detailed Seller Ratings. And these discounts are passed to you, our happy customers, in the form of lower prices AND sales!! But eBay considers UNACCEPTABLE all ratings less than 5! Even if you rate a 4, the seller still is punished!

If an item remains undelivered

For National Post shipments: National Post does not charge for returning packages, so in that case you will be refunded the Value of the Item minus the Shipping Cost. Please note that Reclamation Letter to National Post Registered Mail for LOST items takes 40-60 days.

For UPS shipments: In case you provide WRONG ADDRESS or INCOMPLETE ADDRESS or NO ONE IS THERE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER and the item remains undelivered & finally is returned back to us, you understand that we cannot refund the Shipping Cost. All shipments are checked daily via UPS's website by us. If I see that your shipment is facing a problem most probably I will contact you via email and UPS will try to contact you too. If you need to change the delivery address (even if it is the next door house) UPS charges me 8 GBP so you will have to pay for this service: we will invoice you via PayPal. When the item returns back we can not refund the Shipping Cost, and we charge the cost UPS charged us for returning the item, which is the Shipping Back. We will only refund the Value of the item minus the Shipping cost minus the Cost of returning the item to us.
