Are there any UK addresses where delivery might take longer?

Yes, there are certain locations including the Highlands, Shetland Islands, the Channel Islands and other remote areas where it may take longer to deliver your order.

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses as all parcels require a signature upon receipt.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The estimated delivery time for Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days after your payment has been received.

Standard UK deliveries are made Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm excluding public and bank holidays.

For international deliveries please allow up to 10 working days to receive your parcel.

Please note:

Deliveries to UK Highland and Islands and remote areas may take longer than stated.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the time specified, we cannot guarantee delivery in that time period or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched an email is sent to you, which will contain tracking information.

What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card. Delivery will be attempted three times before the goods are returned to sender.

Upon receipt of any damaged/faulty goods the Flannels Returns Department will inspect the goods and your PayPal account will be refunded in full.

I have been delivered the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologise for the inconvenience if we have delivered an incorrect item. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us to arrange collection/return. Your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon receipt of the goods by the Flannels Fashion eBay store returns department.

Will my parcel be insured?

All orders are shipped via DHL or Yodel. Goods will be insured during the time they are in transit and until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not yourself for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Flannels Fashion.

Will international deliveries be liable for surcharges/customs duty?

International and European orders may be subject to additional postage charges after an order is placed. European and International customers will be contacted regarding any additional charges via email, with full details of how to make additional payment. Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside the UK; this is solely the customer’s responsibility. Flannels cannot be held responsible for any customs charges or duties. Local customs office may hold your goods if relevant import taxes are not paid.

What is your Christmas returns policy?

We have extended the dates of our returns policy over the Christmas period to make purchasing a gift much easier. Orders placed between Saturday 17th November 2012 and Monday 24th December 2012 can be exchanged or returned for a refund up until Monday 7th January 2013.

Flannelsfashion.com is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund for the value of the product or an exchange. In order to do so the item(s) must be in a new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items; such items will be directly returned to the purchaser.

We advise that all customers check items thoroughly on receipt of goods, prior to removing and disposing of labels and original packaging.

Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after this time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Flannelsfashion.com.

Exchanges are possible for an item in an alternative size or colour. Please indicate the required size on your returns paperwork. It is not always possible for us to fulfil your new size request but we will always try and accommodate your request where stock levels allow. All exchanges will be dispatched free of charge.

What is your refund policy?

Flannels is confident that you will be happy with your purchase(s). However in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to refund your purchase providing:

  • the goods are returned within 14 days of receiving your order,
  • the items are returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact,
  • the product is in the same condition as on receipt

You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you ask the Post Office to stamp the Proof of Posting label when returning products by post.

How do I return an item?

You CANNOT return a Flannels Fashion eBay purchase to a Flannels store.

To make a return, please follow these simple instructions.

  1. Securely wrap the unworn/unused items you wish to return.
  2. Record your reason for return on your order confirmation sheet.
  3. Seal the goods along with the completed order confirmation paperwork within secure, waterproof packaging.
  4. Attach the Collect Plus returns label to the outside of the parcel or alternatively you can return your goods via the post office.

What is Collect +?

Collect + is a convenient way to return parcels at over 4,000 local shops and most are open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive proof of postage, £100 insurance and an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us. We strongly recommend the use of an insured and traceable postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) for all returned parcels with a value in excess of £250. Please note that all items returned to Flannels Fashion are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at the Flannels return depot.

Faulty/Damaged items?

If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us for returns instructions and we shall refund you in full upon receipt of goods.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 14 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund. We will instead return your original purchase to you and prior to sending it out, you will be charged the delivery fee that is applicable to the postage for the item(s).

When will I receive my refund?

At the time of the listing all items are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order. This may occur at busy periods when a lot of people are purchasing the same items. In these instances we will contact you as soon as possible to make you aware of the issue.
