- PLEASE NOTE: We ship ONLY to the shipping address in your PayPal account. If this is not your current address, please update your PayPal shipping address prior to purchasing your items. We are not responsible for missing or lost shipments if your current address does not match your PayPal information. Emails or messages regarding change of address will not be accepted.
- How much is shipping? betterConnex offers free shipping to the Continental USA. (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories)
- Can you ship outside of the United States? At this time, we only ship within the Continental US. Please contact us if you are interested in international shipping.
- Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO (Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office), or other U.S. Territories? Only items that we ship via USPS can be shipped to these locations. If the option is not available above, please contact us regarding your shipping location.
- Is local pick up an option? Yes. If you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, please contact us before placing your order.
- What are your business hours? Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm PST and observe most Postal Holidays.
- When will my order ship? betterConnex will ship your order after the payment is received, which is usually on the same business day. Payments must be received before 2:30 pm PST for same-day shipping. Order payments received after 2:30 pm PST will ship the next business day. Orders and/or payments received over the weekend will ship the next business day.
- When can I expect to receive my order? Delivery is usually within 2-5 business days, depending on your shipping address and the carrier you have selected.
- Which carrier(s) do you use? We ship with UPS and USPS, depending on the item and location.
- Is my shipment guaranteed to arrive on a specific date? While we guarantee that your order will be processed on the same business day, transit times are dictated by our carrier(s), and therefore, cannot guarantee your order will arrive within our carrier's estimated time-frame. betterConnex is not responsible for late or missing packages.
- Do you offer Express/Next Day/Guaranteed Shipping? If you require your order to arrive by a specific time/date, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs at an additional fee.
Return Policy

Our Quality Control Department adheres to regimented policies to ensure that your product is in perfect working order at the time of shipment. However, please be sure to read all details of the listing, as it will contain any qualifiers about the cosmetic or functional condition of the item, and inform you as to what accessories are included with the item.
We also strive to respond to any inquiries about items in as timely a fashion as possible. If, for whatever reason, the item that you receive does not match the description, we are happy to work with you on resolving the issue.
Please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Below are the conditions for authorizing refunds on returned items:
- Buyer must notify betterConnex of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once the items are received at our facility. We will, however, do everything we can to expedite the process of refunding the item(s).
- Please return item(s) to address shown on package.
- The original receipt or a record of the purchase is required on all returns.
- Return products must also be in its original condition including box, UPC bar code, packaging and all other accessories.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
- Please be advised that although our items are offered with free shipping, outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund.
- Damaged Items: If order is received damaged, please document all damages with time-stamped photos and contact us immediately. We will then proceed with any claims to our carriers and do our best to rectify the issue on your order.
- Lost/Stolen Items: If order is not received, please contact us immediately with your Order ID. We will then proceed with any claims to our carriers and do our best to rectify the issue on your order.
