i  This item ships from a California based warehouse.  Orders are processed for shipment within a 1/2 hour after payment is received to ensure the 1 business day shipping time. Most orders are scheduled for pick up with the shipping carrier within 8 hours, therefore once processed for shipment, orders can NOT be cancelled without loss of fees. 

 UPS Ground can take up to 10 business days for delivery based on location and UPS scheduling. Please request UPS 2 day service if delivery is needed sooner. Shipments under 10 lbs may ship via UPS SurePost for delivery by US Postal Service. To avoid delays in processing orders, please ensure a physical address is provided for delivery. (NO PO Boxes - requires additional $2 fees)
