Marley Waterproofing Grey Multi Purpose Flashing Tape.

 

Description:

Marley Waterproofing Flashing Tape is an easy to use, self adhesive sealant tape that forms a versatile and long lasting repair over most building surfaces including brick, metal, concrete, asbestos, cement and bitumen.

This product is particularly suited to the repair of existing flashings, roofing structures, splits in guttering and drainpipes, roof tiles and corrugated sheeting.

 

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dirt and loose material.

Porous or powdery surfaces must be primed with a coat of Quick Drying Primer (also in stock at our Depots).

 

Application:

Do not use when the base layer temperature is below 5 degrees C.

Cut off the required length of Flashing Tape and remove the release film backing.

Apply to the relevant surface and press into position.

Ensure full contact by smoothing down with a cloth pad or roller to eliminate any air bubbles.

All overlaps must be a minimum of 25mm and pressed down.
