All faults are clearly described. When you buy from Turning Tides you know you are buying something with great style and a special quality. Our sizing policy is to standardise as much as possible. If you know your measurements you can be confident that all skirts in that measurement will be in the same size category. Just send me a message when you have selected all your items and your postage costs will be adjusted. If you are an international buyer please contact me about combined postage discounts. Please do not complete you payment until you have received the adjusted invoice. Shipping Due to rising postal charges a range of tariffs is offered. Proof of postage is always kept and will be forwarded to PayPal in the event of a dispute. If you would like an alternative postage tariff, such as next day delivery please send me a message before completing payment. We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible and to post items quickly. Posting is usually on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Bank holiday weeks it is Tuesday and Thursday. Postage is as close to actual cost as possible. Sometimes the Post Office charges less than anticipated and in this event please contact me and I will refund the difference if it is over £0.50. Orders are posted within 2 working days and are shipped to the address shown on your ebay account. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address please message me before paying to ensure your order is not shipped to the wrong address. International buyers are welcome , recorded delivery can be offered, please contact me before paying if you would like this option. Terms of sale If you find your garment is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the item please send me a message, preferably within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted as long as the garment is returned in the same condition (no stains or signs of wear) then you will receive a refund for the price of the item (not the cost of postage). Items are returned at the buyer’s expense. Please pack them flat - if possible under 8 cm deep - use the envelope it came in. Ask for Proof of Postage at the Post Office. This is as good as recorded and much cheaper. Garments are checked thoroughly before being posted, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged then you will be offered a full refund once the item is returned. |
