Ghost Audio Accessories is a trading name of In Car Products Limited a UK run business specialising in the In Car Audio & Entertainment Industries. Bringing you the best quality product at the cheapest price! We have been established since 1974. After years of offering a great service we have expanded in manufacturing our own brands and products and also provided a Nation Wide Installation Service. Our brands are Inex Audio and Sound Barrier.

Shipping

We ONLY ship to the address provided to us via our Merchant Service PayPal. Under no circumstances will we dispatch to any other address. This is to protect you as the buyer and us as the seller from any fraudulent transactions.

Where possible we will dispatch your item the same day if ordered before 2.30pm. We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. We do not work bank holidays or public holidays.

We will try too dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the last working day before any public or bank holiday inc Christmas, New Year etc. 

Any orders which carriage have been selected by Royal Mail and have not been received within the estimated time scale provided by eBay.co.uk we are unable to take any action until the 14th day has past from the postal date.

We are unable to use our next day courier for shipments outside UK Mainlands, unless agreed otherwise. Please contact us for pricing for shipment outside UK Mainlands - DO NOT buy if shipment is outside the UK Mainlands until we have confirmed a shipping price.

By purchasing and paying for your order you agree too complete the transaction in full. You agree to our 'Business Returns Policy' and are aware that you can return your item unused and sealed in orignal packaging under our '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'

You also agree that if you have had a problem with your order and before you leave feedback you will contact us at 01925 571519 or info@warringtoncaraudio.co.uk to see if we can help sort the problem out hassle free.

You agree that any postage cost incured under our '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' that you will be liable for any costs and also liable for any cost which incur if an item s too go faulty within its warranty period.

It is your responsability to keep safe your reciept as proof of purchase should your item/s ever go faulty.

V.A.T is charged at 20%. VAT reciept are sent on asking at time of purchase only. This is included in the listing unless otherwise stated. Ghost Audio Accessories will not be held responable for any damaged caused whilst using any item/s in which has been purchased from us. By purchasing from us you are accepting our 'terms and conditions' and also any extras which may not be included but are stated otherwise.

Copy invoices can be provided after purchase but will incur a £2.50 admin charge.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - Not 100% happy with your purchase? Then contact us at info@warringtoncaraudio.co.uk or 01925 571519.

Time Limit - All returns must be made within 14 days of dispatch. Any returns after which will not be accepted only if faulty.

Restocking fee - A 25% re-stock fee will apply to any items in which are return un-faulty and are not within the 14 day 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Period

Postage and packaging charges - In Car Products Ltd 'seller' will not be liable for any costs incured in sending faulty or non-faulty items back. You as the 'buyer' will be liable for these costs. It is important that you send all returns back recorded as Ghost Audio Accessories 'seller' will not be held liable for any returns not received by us.

Item condition - Item/s must be in orignal packet, sealed and unused. Any item which is returned and not in its orignal packet, sealed and unused a 'Restocking fee' will apply.

To arrange a return please email info@warringtoncaraudio.co.uk with your eBay User ID, Sales Record Number which is displayed towards the top right of your invoice you received with your item/s. We will get back to you with 24-48 hours with a Returns Form and Number which MUST be placed on the outer packaging of the parcel failure to do so will result in it being reject.
