for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item,
please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may
have. We accept returns within seven days of the date of purchase. |

Your right of cancellation
- You have the right to cancel the sale at any time up to the end of 7 days after you receive the goods.
- To
exercise your right of cancellation you must submit a request in
writing within the 7 days of receiving the good(s). Notification by
telephone will not constitute a formal request.
- If
you exercise you right of cancellation after the goods have been
delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods back
to us at your own expense. The goods and the original packaging must be
returned to the address shown below. You must take care to package the
goods and ensure they are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in
transit.
- If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum of the cost of recovering the goods and postage.
Refunds can take between 7-10 days to process after receipt of the item.
We will inspect all items on receipt for any visible damage.
Returns require return authorization which can be requested via email to gsaenquiries@gmail.com
Please note: If
there is sign of any damage then please write the description of the
damage on the freight bill prior to signing it if shipped via common
freight carrier.
We
are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are
provided by the carrier (Royal Mail or Courier), excludes weekends and
holidays, and may vary according to the package origin and destination,
particularly during peak periods.
Exceptions:
We
will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery
date .We will do our best to ensure that each order is dispatched in the
time listed. However, dispatch and handling can take longer in some
instances. We will contact you if this is the case. We
do everything feasible to ensure that all of our products are packaged
properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage. However, sometimes
