SHIPPING/IMPORT DUTIES:
1. We will not be held liable for ANY Import duties, taxes, and charges. The mentioned charges have not been included in the item price and/or shipping charge. Any duty fees will be considered the buyer’s responsibility and paid directly to your country's customs office to determine appropriate fees. (These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company or upon pickup of the merchandise.)
2. We will not proceed with any transactions that are marked upon freight pickup as "gifts" as the US and International government regulations prohibit these transactions.
3. We are experienced in shipping worldwide and will send out all merchandise upon 24 hours of payment receipt (excludes holidays & weekends).
4. Unfortunately we CANNOT refund original shipping fees if the item is returned back to us from the post office. The BUYER will be held responsible for any recurring shipping fees. We will make ONE last attempt to resend the item(s) within 48 hours of payment receipt of recurring shipping charge that will be sent via paypal. We will include the returned original package information with that shipping.
5. We offer combined shipping for ALL of our customers worldwide for any of our other listings. Please message us directly to receive a combined shipping discount quote.
6. To meet the requirements for weight limitations according to the USPS guidelines when items are shipped with the FREE shipping we may SEND THESE SHOES WITHOUT A BOX OR ANY ADDITIONAL PACKAGINGS. Please send us an eBay message and also select to pay for the MEDIUM FLAT RATE BOX if you are requiring a complete box/lid.
7. Please be aware that these shoes are coming from a brick & mortar store that may have had customers trying on the shoes INSIDE our store, but nevertheless these are NEW IN BOX and NEVER BEEN WORN outside our plush carpets/fitting room area.
8. When paying by eCheck via PayPal or any other secured site your shipment WILL BE delayed until the check has cleared by the bank and we have received notification by PayPal that the transaction is cleared for shipment. This process may take 5-7 business days so if you are requiring your item earlier than this please be sure to use a different form of payment. We will not be held responsible if your item(s) do not arrive by your expected date due to a payment clearance issue.
9. We will report all UNPAID BUYERS to eBay and open an unpaid item case against you within 3 days of auction close date.
