If for any reason there is an error with your purchase or your item is delayed, then please contact our customer service team either by email or telephone so your issue can be dealt with accordingly.
We would ask however that all questions are directed through the eBay messaging service to ensure that you have a timely response which will usually be the same day, if not within 24 hours. Please ensure you email only once - multiple emails slow us responding to you and others.
We will normally dispatch all orders the same day if the order has been placed before 2:00 pm within the week days ( Monday - Friday ), late Friday orders and weekend orders will only be dispatched on the next available weekday.
You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order within the week days ( Monday - Friday ) confirming dispatch, all orders are automatically processed by a third part dispatching software this is not a monitored email address so please don't reply to it and if you do need to contact us please use the eBay messaging service.
Most items are dispatched with The Royal Mail 48 postal method, it will take 1-5 days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days. (It can take 3-15 days for an international item to be delivered)
All of our merchandise is stocked at our North Devon warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting! Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is valid as we may not be able to respond.
If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know.
*Most items which are not received are caused by incomplete addresses such as no door Numbers, street name or incorrect postcodes. Please be more understanding if the item has not been received due to an error caused by incomplete address and co-operate with us to get your problem solved. 4) Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
