New 12/24/110 volt refrigerator. New fans. (8). New LED white/red dome lights in most used locations. A/C unit in aft stateroom. New 110 volt wiring. 2 New 8D AGM batteries providing 500 amp hours. 3 burner LPG stove in good shape. Burners and oven work. Pressurized LPG system with control solenoid and safety monitor with shut off in Galley and at main breaker panel. 
Westerbeke W46 is well maintained. Starter, alternator and raw water pump replaced within the past year. New 20 amp breaker and preheat solenoid. Transmission and stuffing box serviced two years ago with new shifter linkage and stuffing box repacked. 
Nav station has lots of work area and VHF, AM/FM radio plus Controls for Autonav 6000. 
Salon is well equipped with large drop leaf table and settees. Sony 32" LCD 1080p tv mounted on swing mount. 
New halyards for main, genoa and spare. All winches (2 Barient 32ST, 2 Barient 28+ ST, 1 Barient 25ST, 2 Barient 22ST, and 3 Barient 22) were just rebuilt with new pawls and springs. New hatch gaskets. Autohelm/ Raymarine wind, speed and depth instruments. Garmin GPS. New main sheet and fiddle blocks. New triple blocks. Genoa in good shape with new sunbrella cover (dark blue to match awning) Roller furling headsail, works well. Hood Sto-Boom main. Spare conventional boom if you you want to convert from roller boom. Plus spare wire and turnbuckles that may be adapted to this boat. 
Hull is vinylester layup, so no concerns over blistering. New custom aluminum swim platform and ladder. Custom aluminum arch over rear deck provides mount for solar panels plus mount location for future wind generator/radome/or satellite dish. Integrated boom rest. 
What this boat needs:
New lower turnbuckles and swage fittings replaced with Sta-Loks. Upper swages should be replaced as well. Wire looks good. New mast head light installed (purchased) and maybe new sheave for main halyard to better accommodate new rope halyards. New topping lift. Needs new jib sheets and roller furling line. Boat needs to be hauled and bottom sanded and repainted. Topsides need repaired rub mark faired out and could use repainting as well. New mast head wind transducer or new instrument package. Boom vang or rod kicker. With these things done, this is easily a 100k plus boat. Add a water maker and you are self sufficient.
