Hi, you are bidding on a very nice 1959 Renault Caravelle Floride. This car is very unique and rare. It was restored about five years ago, the paint is very nice with a few minor scratches. There was no rust on the car before restoring, no dents, minimal bond and primer. All the bumpers have been re chromed. The convertible top is new and works great. It has a hard top that is restored as well with no rear glass but i have located one her in California. The window seals are new on both conv and hard. The carpet is new with a completely reupholstered interior. The engine has new rings and a valve job, tune up parts and gaskets and seals, it idles smooth and runs great and gets 42 MPG. The transmission shifts fine, the entire drive train were all pulled and painted to the original colors, new tires. It has a new brake master cylinder, brake lines, and shoes and wheel cylinders.
