Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods

• Postal Orders (£’s only)
• Cheque (£’s only)

Payment must be received within 7 days. To ensure your purchase is protected by the eBay Protection Scheme it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal/ eBay address

If there is a problem with payment, please contact us via eBay messages as soon as possible.

Delivery

Orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday are, in most cases, despatched the very same day (subject to payment verification). During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Please allow 10 working days for delivery, (15 days for international), before contacting us.

Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail. Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.

Returns Procedure

If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days, on items which are in their original condition, unworn with the tags still attached.

If you have been sent the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us via eBay messages

Please leave a note inside your parcel with:

• Your invoice number
• Your name and eBay user ID
• Reason for return
• If you require a refund or exchange
• (for exchanges) the item/size required

Please package your item securely and post to:

Please keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit.
