All Faulty Item will be replaced if notified within 24hrs of receipt of goods. Please obtain a RMA from us before sending the goods back. If items were tested ok by us then shipping cost will paid by the buyer. In most case we supply a pre-paid returns label on the condition that item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. If that turn out to be not the case upon receiving the goods back, PRE-PAID potage cost of £4.50 will be charged from the refund.
