If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending unworn/unused shoes along with your invoice within 14 days of the invoice date. We'll refund the delivery charge you originally paid on orders if the full order is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Always ask for a "Proof of Posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend shoes are sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn or you have changed your mind. You will not be entitled to a refund if the goods have been damaged after purchase.

Unfortunately we are only able to offer a refund service, so please return your goods and re order.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund - usually within 7-10 working days. We will refund you via PayPal
