Detailed Product Description
Menengic Coffee which has nice aroma, different but delicious coffee. It has been drinking mostly in the Southeast Region of Turkey. This coffee can be made with water but also with milk. Actually, it is better to prepare with milk to make it mild. Put 1 tea spoon menengic coffee into coffee pot and add water or milk as the size of the coffee cup (depend on the desired taste, you may add sugar as well). Boil it with low heat.
Menengiç coffee is sold as liquid.

The resin obtained from this tree (see below for more details) is antiseptic, antispasmodic, cytostatic, expectorant and vulnerary. It is taken internally in the treatment of chronic bronchial infections, streptococcal, urinary and renal infections, haemorrhage, gallstones, tapeworm and rheumatism. Externally, it is used to treat arthritis, gout, sciatica, scabies and lice. We sell the terebinth as squashed form and market it with its local name, Menengic. It contains no additives and preservatives. A healthy and natural product.

SERVES: For 2 people
2 Coffee cups milk
2 teaspoon Menengic coffee
COOKING
Pour
milk in a coffee pot.
Add
menengic coffee and mix until it dissolves.
Cook
it over low heat until it boils.
Share
into demitasses and serve hot.
Note: If you would like it sweet, add 1 tsp sugar with coffee.

DISPATCH
