This piece has been fully tested and it is 100% functional. It was carefully removed from a pre-owned laptop. All of our listings are sold exactly as pictured, and has some signs of normal wear and tear like discoloring, scuffs and scratches.

Domestic  Shipping

ü  Item will be shipped out within 1 business day once the payment is cleared (excluding weekends and holidays). We will provide the tracking information once shipment is complete.

ü  We offer shipping to 48 contiguous states via FedEx, USPS, Additional shipping charges will apply for residents of Alaska, Hawaii and USVI.

ü  We cannot ship to APO/AFO/FPO or PO Box address, PHYSICAL ADDRESS ONLY!!!

ü  We must obtain a signature confirmation for any packages over $200.

ü  We will ship to the Paypal confirmed address only, NO EXCEPTIONS.

ü  Sorry, No Local Pickup. 

ü  We cannot change the shipping address after receipt of the payment.

International  Shipping

ü  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

ü  We are not held responsible for delays in shipping due to customs.

ü  Shipping can take a long time to receive your item and it is not a track-able service, we are unable to provide status on First Class International Mail requests, except the date we shipped it on.

ü  Please do not ask us to declare false information on Custom forms.  This includes stating the item sold at a lower value, that the item is not usable, or is a gift. This is Customs fraud and we will not be able to honor these requests.

Return  Policy

ü  14-days return policy calculating from the time that the shipping carrier delivered the item, we charge 15% restocking fee under any circumstance (which covers shipping cost and supplies), NO EXCEPTIONS! Buyer must contact seller for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorization before returning an item, unauthorized returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.

ü  Please do not remove the tamper sticker or you will not be able to return the item.

ü  If any hardware is modified or repaired by the buyer after shipment, the return policy then becomes null and void.

ü  Shipping fee is non-refundable

ü  The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.

ü  We reserve the right to test all returns. All return items must be in original condition. Any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee of up to 50% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.
