ill·         We can only accept exchanges or returns within 14 days.       

 ·         If you wish to return or exchange an item, it must be packaged and shipped

properly, and insurance purchased .  Damaged items will not be accepted if damaged during return shipping. You also must contact us for a Return Authorization Number, (RAN), before shipping the package.

 ·         Buyer must pay all shipping costs when returning an item. 

·         It is possible that the buyer will have to pay a 20% restocking fee if the return is due to circumstances controlled by the buyer.  Fees will be deferred if not controllable by buyer.
