How We Grade:
-Brand New: An item that is sealed in its original packaging from the manufacturer
-Like New: An item that is clean and shows no visual signs of play use (no scratches)
-Very Good: An item that may show light signs of play use (small surface scratches)
-Good: An item that shows normal signs of play use (light to moderate surface scratches)
-Acceptable: An item that shows moderate to heavy play use (deep scratches, heavy play use; but is still 100% functional)
Please Note: We grade on the quality and functionality of the game disc, cartridge, DVD, etc. not on the appearance of the case, cover art, instruction manual, or lack thereof. All games are tested on their respective console.
Payments:
We only accept payments through PayPal. We appreciate prompt payment, immediately after purchasing an item. However, If you are unable to make the payment for any reason, please let us know, and we will be more than happy to accommodate you. After three days of non-payment, we will send you a friendly reminder. If we have still not heard from you, we will have to open an unpaid item case via ebay.
Shipping:
Packages are shipped no later than one business day after receipt of payment. Weekend orders, (Saturday & Sunday), will be shipped Monday morning. We usually ship USPS First Class mail, which will get to you in approximately 2-6 business days.
Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted if the item came to you in an unoperational manner (or unless specifically stated on individual listings). We will investigate claims of items not working, or items that you feel were not properly described on a singular basis. If it is found that the item is in fact going to be returned, the buyer must pay for return shipping, and the item must reach us in the same condition in which we shipped it. We will refund the buyer, as soon as the item reaches us, upon inspection.
