Einnahmeempfehlung:

Testosterol: 1 Kapsel täglich nach der ersten Mahlzeit

Biosterol: 1-2 Kapseln täglich, nach der Mahlzeit. Biosterol sollte täglich eingenommen werden. Unter Beachtung der stimulierenden Wirkung sollte die letzte Kapsel vor 18.00 Uhr eingenommen werden. An Trainingstagen eine Kapsel mit der letzten Mahlzeit vor dem Training. Im Falle der Einnahme von zwei Kapseln - jeweils eine nach unterschiedlichen Mahlzeiten

BIOSTEROL:

Biosterol ist ein Präparat mit einem hohen Gehalt an steroiden Saponinen, das zur Unterstützung der Diät von Sportlern dient. Die Einnahme kann einen Testosteron-Anstieg von 4mg innerhalb von 24 Stunden bewirken! Dank dessen entsteht im Blut ein sogenanntes freies Testosteron, das mit Proteinmolekülen nicht verbunden ist. Genau dieses Testosteron garantiert einen metabolen Effekt.
