SAME DAY COLLECTION:

You might be able to collect your item on same day by hand from Manchester or London address  but there could be 5 pound extra arrangement fee. We would suggest you only select this option if you really need your item urgently.

MISUSE OF PRODUCT:

Our mostly electronic items are designed for technicians or someone who has basic knowledge of electronics. If you are not sure about anything contact us first or take some advice. We will not be responsible of any damage to your machine caused by accident or misuse of our product.

SHIPPING: (Must Read)

We dispatch 99% our orders in 0-1 working days from the UK.  In Italy, Spain, Portugal and east European countries posts often get lost or deliver late due to slow postal service. Kindly do not leave negative feedback at the end if you have ordered from these countries because currently this is beyond our control. We will suggest you to buy locally if you really need your item on time or urgently otherwise select and pay for tracked postage in order to avoid any inconvenience at later stage. Parcel tracking number will not be available in most situations if you have not paid for tracked postage however post office proof of post slip might be available, if required. In case item gets lost during transit which is a common problem we most likely will refund you your full money instead sending replacement, as company policy. We do not post to Russia, Africa and some other Asian countries due to custom, mishandling and return issues.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED/ NOT AS DESCRIBED/ WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM CASES

If possible try not to open case without contacting us first. Find out the option to send us a simple email enquiry with order date and item detail with your problem and we will check and reply you with answer ASAP.
