Dieses Modell wurde 1984 anlässlich des Sponsorings der Mannschaft Milano Basket entwickelt. Der Erfolg dieser Jahre wird heute durch die Verwendung eines Obermaterials aus Leder in den originalen Farbvarianten neu interpretiert. Mit seiner Form, seinen Farben und Details ist dieser Schuhe ideal, um die ersten Schritte mit Stil und Komfort zu gehen und mit dem Sport aufzuwachsen.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared between 9am and 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday evening will be prepared the following Monday.

In order to ensure prompt and timely delivery to our valued customers, we partner with the best express delivery services available.

Shipments to the Countries within the European Union take approximately 2-3 working days.

Shipments to the rest of the world take approximately 4-5 working days (not accounting for customs delays).

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via e-mail. We will provide you the tracking number you can use to track your parcel and know its current status by inserting it in the courier’s website, on the track and trace page.

Important

We recommend that you always provide a valid phone number at the moment of placing the order, to allow the delivery courier to get in touch with in case of any issue with the delivery.

In case it is not possible to deliver your parcel due to wrong address provided or recipient not at home, or any other causes related to the consumer’s responsibility, items will be sent back to the sender and the customer will be refunded for the price paid for the order.

Inside the European Union

There are no additional customs fees or duties on products shipped to countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything extra on receipt of their products.

N.B.

Please note that Diadora cannot be held responsible for delays or issues during the shipping of the orders which are due to the couriers selected for the delivery. The above mentioned shipping and delivery times are the average times indicated by international couriers, they have to be considered as advisory information only and they are not legally binding for us.

Outside the European Union

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are exempt from Italian Value Added Tax. However, they may be subject to import taxes or customs duties that will be determined when the package reaches its country of destination. Such customs duties are solely payable by the receiver of the package, who will pay said fees to the shipping service or to the proper governing authorities. We are not responsible in case of foreign taxes or customs duties, these will be customer's responsibility.

Shipping to the United States of America

As above, products shipped to the USA are subject to customs fees and import duties. The receiver of the package is responsible for paying these fees. Also, US customs require that the receiver provides a social security number or Non US Citizen Import Number - CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. Please note that orders over 250 dollars may experience slight delays in US customs.

Failure to clear customs

The onus is on the customer to ensure that their package clears customs by providing customs with all the necessary information and/or fees. If your package does not clear customs, it will be returned to our warehouse.

IMPORTANT: If you requested a change of the product you originally ordered, the new shipment is still subject to import taxes/duties from the International Customs Authorities and these will be customer's responsibility.

When shopping with us, you have 30 days to change your mind!

For all the products you buy on Diadora you can ask for a refund of the purchased items or an exchange for a different size/colour. We remind you that it is not possible to exchange for a different model or style. In this case, we will refund you and you can place a new order.

We will not be able to accept returns if the customer has not informed us in advance.

If you wish to ask for a refund:

Please send us an e-mail within 30 days of delivery of your order; you can write to us through your eBay account or send us an e-mail to diadora@kooomo.com.

If you wish to ask for an exchange:

Please send us an e-mail within 30 days of delivery of your order and provide us the size and/or colour you wish to receive. You can write us throught your eBay account or send us an e-mail to diadora@kooomo.com.

In both cases (refund or exchange) your return will be authorised by sending you your RETURN FORM, with the order code and your return request inserted. Only after receiving this form it will be possible to send your items back. Please print the return form, insert it inside your parcel and ship the items to:

Your return must arrive to our warehouse within 30 days of sending you the return form.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in the same condition as they have been received by the customer. They must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original packaging, with all bags, manual and warranty provided, with no parts missing and with the return form.

Please note that some products come in one size/colour/length only. These products can therefore not be changed for a different size/colour/length/etc. but it is possible to ask for a refund.

The only cost the customer must carry to return the items are shipping costs for sending back the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service. The customer can choose the shipping service he/she prefers (express courier or postal service). We recommend to choose a trackable service. We remind you that the shipping risks of returning the items are the customer’s responsibility.

For any issues with the product received, please contact our Customer Service before sending back your products: we will be glad to offer you an appropriate solution.

Once our warehouse has received your parcel back and our Quality check department has checked and approved your return, we will refund you on your PayPal account or process your exchange.

If one of the above mentioned condition is not followed, we will not be able to accept your return.
