I cannot believe i am offering this bike for sale , You are bidding on a 1989 Ducati 906 Paso in good condition fitted with a private registration plate A6 DUC . , The bike was gifted to Formula 1 star Nigel Mansell by Ferrari in 1989 when he drove for the team . The bike gets mentioned in both of Nigel` books " The Peoples Champion " page 202 ( photo 7 above ) and " Staying On Track " page 155 as well as being in the video " This is Nigel Mansell " The bike comes with a copy of the Isle of Man export document that clearly shows Nigel Mansell`s details as well as the correct frame and engine number as well as the original owners and set up books , toolkit and some old MOT`s and repair receipts . . When Nigel returned to Williams in 91 he put the bike in their museum at Didcot where it remained until 1994 when the team moved to Grove and the bike was sold to a friend of Patrick Head`s . i bought it from said friend in 2007 . When i bought it the mileage was approx 22072km today it is 22104km . In 2015 i had the belts changed and had the bike MOT`d with the intention of using it , since then its done 1 mile . So its time to let someone else enjoy it . The bike starts and runs as it should and everything ( inc the clock ) works . The bike is hand signed by Nigel as i managed to get the tail piece signed at Donington Park when his sons were racing .
