PAYMENT

  2. Payment is due within a maximum of 7 days after purchase. Otherwise, Unpaid Item dispute will be filed to eBay for non-paying buyers and this will cause buyer's eBay account suspension.

SHIPMENT

  1. I M P O R T A N T !!!  If you buy more than one item we'll be happy to send all your items in one packet, but please MAKE SURE TO CONTACT US before making payment to get combined P&P costs.
  2. We aim to dispatch within 24h from receiving cleared payment (Sundays excluded) - on rare occassions please allow 48h.
  3. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you.
  4. Item will be shipped to PayPal shipping address only, except special notes from buyers.
  5. For UK clients - if you need express delivery for your item(s) we can send by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an additional cost - please email us for details.
  6. International  deliveries are normally sent by Royal Airmail which is untracked. If you wish to be issued a tracking number then please contact us to arrange an additional payment of £6.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
  2. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
