POSTAGE:

UK: Unlimited numbers of listings bought in a weekend trading period (or 48 hour period if buying buy-it-now listings) for only £3.00. Our regulars buy 20 - 50 listings a week from us and pay just £3.00 postage for a parcel weighing several kilograms.

EUROPE: £5.00 per listing, then £2.50 for each additional listing.

REST OF WORLD (NON-EUROPE): £6.00 per listing, then £3.00 for each additional listing.

PACKAGING:

Items are packed in brand new cardboard boxes, with tissue paper, bubble-wrap and newspaper around each item and polystyrene chips as void fill. Read our feedback to see what our customers think of our packaging. All items are packed with care and attention. We never have china broken in the post and when you unwrap your parcel you'll understand why.

NO QUIBBLE REFUND:

No quibble 30 day complete refund available (including original postage charge + postage costs of returning the parcel to us) for all listings, UK and overseas. Buy with confidence, no reason is necessary for a refund. Send the china back and I send your money back the moment we receive your parcel.

PAYMENT TERMS:

PayPal accepted. Bank transfer or cheque (made out to Goss & Crested China Ltd) much preferred. Message us for our bank details if you are kind enough to pay by bank transfer. It's all too easy just to click the paypal 'pay now' button, therefore all customers paying by bank transfer get their parcels wrapped first and posted the next morning with a free upgrade to Royal Mail first class delivery. Bank transfer payments should be made after you have received and are happy with your china.

NOTE ON AUTOMATIC PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

PayPal now automatically debits a buyer's account as soon as each listing is won if there are sufficent funds in your PayPal account to do so, which can mean the £3.00 flat rate postage charge for UK sales is paid for each listing bought. The only way to avoid this is to not have any money in your PayPal account until you have bought all the items that you wish to buy, then all the listings bought will be automatically combined under one postage charge of £3.00. You can then transfer money into your PayPal account and pay. If more than £3.00 is paid for UK postage we will refund the excess.
