Condition of goods

All goods on sale from our store are handmade products, not mass production; therefore please accept there may be slight difference between these handcrafted items. All goods are warrantied as fit for their purpose of use.

Being aware of issues of distance selling, majority of shown pictures are carefully taken to reflect and respect the nature of the goods, using good natural light on a white surface. Item's pictures are shown in different angle views. If you need more information, please contact us.

All goods are imported from Vietnam as brand new, unused, undamaged condition in original packaging if applicable. The goods are checked before dispatch to customers. On receipt if you find any fault of the product or damage, please contact us within 7 days for exchange or refund (Please read refund and exchange information). 

Shipping

VNhomeware commits to a friendly environmental policy. We try our best to recycle light weight packakging materials to reduce deliviery charge which contributes over all to item costs. All goods are checked prior to sending out and will be packaged with protection. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days since we receive order confirmation from eBay. 

For UK customers, the goods will be posted with 2nd class recorded package by Royal Mail for small packages or Standard parcel for large items. These services aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days since dispatch. If you prefer some other service, please select on our list of delivery methods. The postage fee will be adjusted according to your choice of delivery method.

For customers outside the UK, the goods will be sent by Airmail service with Royal Mail, which aims to deliver good within 5-7 working days.

If you buy for more than 1 item, please allow us to pack and send items together unless indicated by you.

During the process, we shall keep you informed packaging and dispatch information via eBay mailing service. 

If there is any damage during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt to arrange replacement or refund.  

Return and Refund

Though items are checked prior dispatch, if you find any faults or damage during delivery, we shall exchange your goods if we have available stocks or proceed a refund. Please contact us for any problem within 7 days upon receipt.

In case of return of damaged items, the goods must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in clean condition and original packaging. Please follow our instruction for the return process and postage. Replacement of similar goods or refund of full cost will be carried our after investigation within 7 days after receipt of returned items. For genuine claims, we shall replace similar items or we shall refund the full purchased price and postage fee paid for the return items.

In case of return requests for mistaken orders, unwanted items or change of mind by customers, we could accept the return with consideration within 7 days after receipt of the product. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in clean condition and original packaging. Please be informed that the refund will be the cost of the item after deduction of packaging cost, postage fee and administration fee. This is also applicable to items sold with free delivery. customers are responsible for postage fee for the returned items in this case. We aim to investigate and inform the result with solution within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item.
