In case of any breakage, the Buyer may immediately contact seller and ebay for the return of product. If the checking process is not done immediately Buyer  needs to inform us about the damage within 24-48 hours after receiving the product. Any claims after that cannot be processed as Insurance/ Courier company does not entertains . In case damaged item is received , Buyer needs to mark us email with photos of damaged product and ship back  for replacement. The return courier charge is also refunded by ebay in these cases. There are very few chances of damage in transit but just in case it happens there is no panic, feel free to call us any time. We ship only through reputed courriers like FEDEX & Blue Dart Express Ltd.,  Surface mode (By Road). Make sure that your Pin Code is covered under theserviceable area of Blue Dart Express Ltd.. If it is in the Extended Delivery Location (EDL), then you are required to provide us with your alternate address for delivery or you have to pay extra EDL charges to us as applicable as per your State before the shipment of your purchased product.
