Fixed three problems in Normal side stand.
"DualLever type" which added a new function to "R-style R1200GS High Side Stand (product number R000302S)" Developed. This is the Type that added the function of 1, while leaving the 2 to 4 functions below.
1. Depending on the height of Rider, the legs could not be extended and it was difficult to get out the Side Stand while riding at the normal Lever position.
? STAND � Add Lever near Pivot (Image 2) , Even with Rider with a low height, by manipulating this Lever with a heel, it made it possible to issue a STAND while getting on a ride.
2. When parking using Side Stand, the length of the vehicle is short, so the tilt of the vehicle is large and unstable, and it was necessary to make Large effort when causing it.
? Lengthen STANDBody by about 15 mm and stabilize the vehicle with the tilt of about 20 degrees at the time of stopping, so that it can be parked by standing, it can be caused by light force.
3. When the STAND installation surface is small and it is inevitable to park in a place where the ground is soft, it gets stuck in the ground and there is a risk of falling.
? Establish an installation area of ??about 2. Secured with 5 times NORMAL ratio, made it harder to penetrate.
4. When SHIFT UP operation, when trying to put Left foot toe under Change Pedal, the position of STAND operation Lever is bad, Left interferes with the inner side of the foot, causing a mistake in Shift operation.
? Operation Lever Make the comfortable Shift operation possible by setting the curved Type as the shape and changing the position to create a Space.
The mounting method is exactly the same as NORMAL and is easy. In addition, we use austenitic SUS 304 Stainless Steel for cold rolled material and boast the same strength as forged.
Surface finish is a mirror surface material by a skilled worker : Polishing, Ideal for Dress-up.
*Those who often put out the stand in a riding condition by a height up to 160cm is recommended to use dual lever type.
*It does not interfere with the shift operation because it decided the positional relationship after a repeat testing. (Photo 3)
*Those who are more than the height or operate of getting off condition is recommended to use parts number R000302S.
