Tibetan rug or Nepali making is an ancient, traditional craft.
The knotting method used in Tibetan rug making is different from that used in other rug making traditions worldwide. Some aspects of the rug making have been supplanted by cheaper machines in recent times, especially yarn spinning and trimming of the pile after weaving. However, Indo tibet or Nepali is still made by hand. The Tibetan diaspora in India have established a thriving business in rug making.

Care & Maintenance
Vacuum regularly. Brush less attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended.

How Will My Order Ship?
All items generally sent via FedEx but we also consider DHL, UPS & TNT for different locations considering services for a particular location and freight. Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number. You may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. For customized delivery you may contact your local Courier Company office with the tracking number they will help you out.
It is advised if you get any of your ordered packages in open condition or damage condition please clearly mention over the receipt damage delivery and inform us as all the items were sent insured.
Note: There may be some Import Duty or Vat on our product in few Countries. If there will be any it will borned by Customer and will be paid to Courier Company at the time of delivery.
What if I Need to Return an Item?
We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the day you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home or office. This is a handmade product little size variation may come so kindly consider.
If you are unsatisfied with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price.
We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.
