For courier orders*, certain Postcodes within the UK are not covered by the stated postage. These are:
AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, HS, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV49, IV51-IV56, IV63, KA27+KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH4-PH44, PH49+PH50, ZE & BT (Northern Ireland) please e-mail us for a quotation, as there are additional postage costs ontop of any other stated postage costs starting at £12.00
Where the Royal Mail is used*, the whole of the UK is covered by the charges stated in the postage. |

Orders will only be dispatched to addresses on Ebay accounts. Paypal accounts may also be used in certain periods. Unfortunately we cannot accept change of addresses via notes or e-mails. However if you should wish to have the order sent else where, changing your address on Ebay will resolve the matter
We endeavour to dispatch all orders at the first available opportunity after full payment is received. Orders received by 11.00 hours Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Normal business hours are 09.00 hours to 17.00 hours Monday to Friday. Orders will not be dispatched on Public holidays. A proof of posting will be obtained for Royal Mail and courier delivered services.
EasiPack will not be responsibe for delays or non delivery by postal or courier services so long as we have dispatched fully paid orders within the stated working times, and hold a certificate of posting or proof of shipment. All claims for non delivery must be substantiated with an e-mail claim, stating value of order, order date, delivery address and full name. This will be submitted with any claim should the need arise.
