This is a nice antique William B Kerr match safe with scrolled decoration and the letters KWC engraved in the shield that the knight is holding. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor wear from age and comes exactly as seen. Measures 2 1/2" x 1 3/4"

The William B. Kerr Co. was established in Newark, New Jersey in 1855. Manufacturers of jewelry, flatware and hollowware. Were purchased by Gorham in 1906. They are listed in the 1915 Edition of the Trademarks of the Jewelry and Kindred Trades as being at 144 Orange St. in Newark, NJ.
