This is a low profile PCMCIA USB card for laptops and notebooks.  It sits flush once installed in the slot unlike others that have a huge chunky thing on the outside.  You can leave this in the laptop and get two more ports for use.  Ports will not power high current usb devices like external drives.  Great for low poer consumtion devices like mice, or thumb drives.
