RARE ORIGINAL 1964 BEATLES PHONOGRAPH RECORD PLAYER! ONE OF THE PREMIERE COLLECTIBLE AND MOST DISPLAYABLE OF ALL BEATLES ITEMS OF ALL TIME! VISUALLY, THIS EXAMPLE IS A VERY NICE VG IN TERMS OF CONDITION! SOME EDGE AND CORNER WEAR! SOME AGING, AND HANDLING. THE PICTURES PRETTY MUCH TELL THE STORY HERE SO CHECK EM OUT! THE TURNTABLE DOES NOT TURN WHEN I POWER IT UP, HOWEVER THE SPEAKERS DO COME UP WITH THAT USUAL HUMM. THE KNOBS TURN FREELY AND THE SPEED ADJUST SPEED SWITCH MOVES UP AND DOWN PROPERLY, BUT NO SOUND COMES FROM THE SPEAKERS. FRONT GRILL IS STILL INTACT AND IN VERY NICE SHAPE! CHROME PARTS HAVE DULLED WITH AGE. THERE ARE SOME SURFACE ABRASIONS AND SUCH, BUT IT SHOWS OUT PRETTY WELL. THE "BEATLES" LARGE COLOR IMAGE ON THE INSIDE IS IN GREAT SHAPE! THE TOP IMAGE IS NICE WITH SOME TOP WEAR AND EDGE WEAR. AND IT'S WORN AWAY MORE AT THE AREA WERE IT WRAPS TO THE FRONT. THERE ARE A FEW AREAS OF WHITE PAINT THAT SOMEBODY GOT ON IT AT SOME POINT (THERE ARE A FEW SPECKLES OF THAT ABOUT THE THE UNIT TOO.. BUT NOT TOO BAD. THE ORIGINAL CHORD IS IN GREAT SHAPE. THE TONE ARM STILL HAS BOTH NEEDLES PRESENT. AGAIN, CHECK THE PICTURES, IT'S NOT A NEW ONE, BUT IT'S A VERY DISPLAYABLE ONE!
