This listing is for a repair/ service to any PGM unit that is not controlling the RC exhaust valves.
You should send the faulty PGM to me, I will repair it and post it back to you.

The PGM units for Nsr250 and Crm250 bikes contain the main ECU and a separate electronic circuit that controls the exhaust valves (commonly known as RC Valves on Honda bikes).

It is very common for PGM units to burn out the RC Valve electronic circuit and this can happen mainly for two reasons.

a) a regulator/ rectifier that has gone bad

b) jammed exhaust valves due to carbon build up or other issue

Any of the the above reasons, overloads the PGM unit and consequently the rc valve section burns out.

The symptoms are a bike with sluggish performance and high temperature readings.

Don't ruin your riding and treat your bike as it deserves.

I can repair the PGM unit for you, using modern electronic components that supersede the stock parts and the damage will never occur again as easily- if ever.

I will also notify you why the PGM was damaged in the first place, so you are aware of the problem and give you directions for inspection.

This repair applies only to :

1989 - 1996 Honda NSR250 PGM units (MC18 PGMII, MC21 PGMIII & MC28 PGMIV)

1991-1996 Honda CRM250 (PGM units for MK2 - CI604 & MK3 - CI659)

This auction in only for the repair of the RC Valve section, if you have any other issues with your PGM unit (e.g general problem with the CDI unit, no spark at the plugs etc), contact me for more details as I can repair most of these problems as well.

For NSR250 MC21 Owners:

Along with the repair, I'm now offering the derestriction of your PGM III unit, so you can obtain full power from your Nsr250.

After the modification, you will see a noticeable increase in performance. No need to use a HRC, M-Max, KISS, POSH or any other kind of derestrictor boxes... the modification will take part inside your PGM unit and will be undetectable.

The derestriction is free of charge for now, just ask for it.

Important Note:

Please, keep in mind that I do not accept any PGM units, on which failed attempts for repair have been made in the past. I believe I'm asking a very low price for a very time consuming and detailed job. This repair does not include the fixing of other people's mistakes.

The repair usually takes 1-2 working days.
I always notify the owner about the progress of the repair and provide a tracking number after I've posted the unit back.
