Return Policy:
An RA# must be requested through eBay messaging for all returns. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving item. Please do not call to receive an RA#. Any item received without an RA# will be rejected. Defective items will be replaced not refunded, unless noted in the listing. Some manufacturers will not let dealers exchange defective items. They require customers to send the item directly to them for replacement. Items returned that are not defective must be in new unopened condition. Returns for non-defective items will be refunded the price paid minus any shipping charges that we paid to ship you the item. If you send back an item that you claim is defective and is not, the item will be returned to you at your expense. We recommend if you have a problem with the item you purchased from us to contact the customer service department for that company first. In some cases they can resolve the problem over the phone.
