We accept payments via Paypal or Postal Order. If you require an invoice for your order please let us know so we can arrange one for you.

If you have made a multiple purchase and have not received the correct postage discount, please contact us before making payment. We are unable to refund any overpayments in postage if payment is made before an invoice is requested and sent. Payment or contact should be made within 7 days. If we haven’t heard from you within the 7 days, we will assume the order is no longer required and ebay will begin an unpaid item cancellation request. If you’d like to cancel your order please just let us know and we will be happy to help.

We do offer combined postage on all of our items for items paid for in one PayPal transaction. UK orders are dispatched via 2nd postage as standard. 1st class and special delivery options are available at an extra charge and can be selected at checkout.

Orders will be packaged to go through your letterbox whereever possible however, due to weight and size of larger orders this may not always be possible.

We will always do our best to dispatch your order by the end of the next working day. Please allow for delays during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Very occasionally items do go missing in the postal system. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please let us know, we can then offer you a replacement or a refund.

All orders will be dispatched to the address given on your PayPal account, please make sure your delivery address is correct at the point of purchase.

Please get in touch within 14 days if you wish to return an item for any reason and we can guide you through the return process. Please see our returns policy at the bottom of the page for more information.

We really do care about our customers so please let us know if there are any problems at all and we will do our best to resolve them with you. Please remember that we are only human and any mistakes made with your order would never have been intentional.

When making multiple purchases the important thing to remember is not to pay for each item individually, stay on eBay whilst you purchase all of the items you would like and only go through to Paypal once you have everything you need.

The easiest way to purchase more than one item is to use the shopping basket. Simply add each item to your basket and the total will be calculated to include the postage discount. If the total is not correct you can request a total from the seller before making a payment, we will then issue an invoice with the correct postage. Please note refunds will not be given for overpaid postage.
