A full refund will be issued if something other than what is stated in the auction is sent to you, otherwise there will be a 10% restocking fee (such as you changed your mind or the shoes don't fit like you thought they would). Unfortunately, since taking a tape measure and measuring the length and width of a shoe is not an accurate fit, I will not be honoring those requests.
