Hi, Dave Dorman here. Most of you know me as the award-winning artist of such well known characters and film art as Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman, Aliens, Predator, GIJOE along with so many others. Most of you know I have done the cover art for the last 2 CRIMSON EMPIRE Mini-series' and now we are at the final 6 issues of this gripping adventure. I am honored to be back painting the covers for the finale and celebrate the occasion by offering up for auction the pencil preliminary art for my painting of the issue number 1 cover.

I am offering for sale an ORIGINAL Pencil drawing used as my preliminary for the painting on the cover of SW Crimson Empire issue #1 (on sale now!). This is the final drawing I produce before proceeding to the painting itself. 

The art is 11" x 17" image on a single piece of 100% rag vellum . It is in pencil and signed by me in the lower right.

Along with this original art I will give the winning bidder a print of the final painting, uncropped and without logo's  or any other lettering. This 13" x 19" print comes directly from my studio and is signed by me. (see the color pic attached)
