Payment
We accept the following methods of payments: Paypal, Cheques (please allow 4-5 days for clearance), Postal Orders. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ? PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE.
Payments must be received within 5 days for paypal & 10 days for postal payments.
Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed within 48 hours. Although estimated delivery time is 3 days, the majority of our customers receive their purchase before this.
On all items we are happy to combine postage costs on multiple items that are purchased within 3 days of each other. Please allow us to invoice you before payment is made on multiple items. Other postage services are available upon request.
Lost or damaged items will be refunded or replaced as soon as Royal mail agree to refund. We always obtain certificate of proof of postage and will claim for lost/damaged items from Royal Mail, however, Royal Mail have rules that a package being sent within UK, is not declared lost until 15 working days have passed. so if your item has not arrived after 15 working days then thats the time to contact us.For international delivery it is 30 working days (1 month). We will of course keep you updated through email.
Terms of Sale
Refunds & Returns are reviewed on an individual basis. We Will Refund Non Fitting Item If Prior Arrangements Have been Made, We do not refund return or outward postage cost on non fitting items. Items Returned that are non Fitting will be deducted face value postal costs of item sent to you. Please see shipping section for delivery terms.
RETURNS
*Item must be unworn and in original condition (apart from trying on carpeted surfaces). The return must be in its original box and must be repackaged with no tape attached to the box itself. Failure to do so will result in a charge.You are responsable for the item until we have recieved them back.Non fitting and faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
