3. We obtain Proof of Postage for every Order sent, that has details of your address and weight of the item sent. Please note once orders are posted they are Royal Mail's Responsibility. Any Item that gets damaged or lost in the post will need to be claimed for through Royal Mail's Insurance and orders wont be re-sent until a Claim Is Satisfied By Royal Mail. Electrical items like hairdryers, curling tongs, straighteners and other returnable items can be returned within 7 days of receiving, providing they are originally packed, sealed when appropriate, not tested or used. You need to inform us by email within 3 days of receiving the item , that you want to return the item before you send it back. Postage Cost of the returned item is to be paid by the buyer. All returned items must be sent as recorded delivery.
